Mrs. Big Cat, We'll Call Him Ed

I became friends with Mrs. Big Cat when I did some consulting for her husband's organization. She invited me to tea one afternoon and the phone rang. The caller, a Mr. Creighton, was a fundraiser for a major charity Ed was considering contributing to. Sylvia said Creighton had called twice in the past two weeks when Ed was out. And not once did he greet me or apologize for the disturbance.
