People give the human physiology and anatomy much less credit than it deserves sometimes like its ability to detect specific changes. If an athlete knows their relative lactate threshold a lot of times they can be more accurate than some of these handheld lactate meters that are way off the mark in terms of validation. Do you pull the plug early sometimes on certain blocks because you're seeing whether that's a detriment in certain performance markers or do you just kind of keep the whole the whole and try and follow it through?
