How Do You Approach Forecasting?
Richie: Our primary thing that we do is we want to actually be responsible for the forecast. And so generally speaking, our first process is we have a very specific model we use for a cohort specific ltv forecast all the way down to the P and L level. He says if you give me a financial expectation of performance that's disassociated from reality, I now am participating in a system that my people are set up to fail. Richie: So my next question is about averages; this is great but it's no measure of central media mode. None of us can assess what was attempting to be accomplished here without being able to look at an average.
