There's a bit of a push in a pull there that it seems like, am the issues of protein are very different for younger and older people. Thereit tends to be. It stays high, and then it begins to decline with age. Most people write it off and say, yoats. That's just aging. But our point is, if you can begin, probably, as he says, in your twenties and thirties, and try to maintain that, it's a much bigger investment than trying to rescue yourself in your fifties and sixties.
