Leg Extension

Exercises involve the gluts and maybe a little bit round the lower back that we didn't hit on the leges, tension. One guy either side of the leg press machine to make sure you know you're safe while you go to absolute failure. And so it's all about the intensity. Probably get through this erm workout in around forty, forty, five minutes  a very intense exercise. The rest of your job as a body builder is really recovering from that stress and repairing your body.
