I think most of us, the average person stumbles into something where it just doesn't work anymore and you have to reevaluate. Andrew Hubermann's one of my best friends. He's done a really good job taking and synthesizing information to get people into better practices. In our community, we're starting to see more whole foods that are becoming part of the kit. We're starting to start to practice breathing, getting hot, cold, do more zone to be mindful.
