Loneliness and Warm Relationships

Loneliness is that sense of not being as connected to other people as you want to be. One in three or one in four people will tell you they're lonely much of the time, but loneliness is a subjective experience. Loneliness gets into our bodies and breaks down our health has to do with stress,. That resonates with me because I am an extrovert.
