The Impermanence Exercise
When there's so much unstructured time that we don't savor it as much because it's an unlimited resource. I did this exercise with my sons who I read to bed at night and I read about you reading your partner. And my partner reads to your children. But when you start to hit 13, reading to sleep becomes a very limited activity. There's going to be, there's a window is getting smaller and smaller of when I'll be cozying up in bed reading. Now we're reading books like the Da Vinci code, where I have to censor half of it because I'm embarrassed. It's ready to gossip the content.
