How to Explain Moderation to People

There's a difference between having things regularly and very happy to have virtually all plants regularly. There's very little harm in doing that unless if you vary it. If you only had oats or rye covered with herbicides, you would get high levels of chemicals. Whereas meat and fish, I'm saying move them to one side. Put them on a pedestal. They are an occasional treat to be really treasured.
