Do Governments Have Post Nuclear War Economic Plans?
i'm curious, do governments have post nuclear war economic plans? Do we have any idea about how we would go about rebuilding an economy at that point? It's a the fact of the matter is that governments in the 19 fifties had to plan for it. And i found this extraordinary law review article about the debates within the eisenhower administration in the 19Fiftys. They went back to civil war precedents to discuss whether or not families who lived on the front line between the north and the south were compensated for losses suffered during the civil war. Its mind blowing stuff.
