There might be slightly improved performance in some women. A estogen works like in our favor when it comes to muscular adaptations. We are little bit more carbohydrate dependent, ere a little wor burning through more carbs. So if you feel thike your performance is really crappy, ind might just be you need more carbs. i think puritizing nutrition might be a more appropriate thing than training at this time.
