Are You Taking a Zero Dollar Salary?
A lot of the second time founders, i think both you and i, are taking a zero salary. And again, these are rare cases, but how should they be thinking about these businesses? Cause they tend to have,. because ther're nesting in their businesses, they'll tend o hove like that's a greater ownership than first time founder. They also don't need the money in terms of cash, right? So they don there's no reason for them to take a salary or tto reward them with some sort of salary or bonus structure or something.
