The Importance of Time Management

If you spend a lot of time hanging out with people that trigger you, then that's just adding more fuel to this fire where you're going to be overstimulated much of the time. Add to that if you have poor sleeping habits which then elevate that inability to control your emotional state, again, that's going to add more fuel to that overstimulation fire. The one other area where I think ADHDers get hung up in terms of overstimulation is around time management and there's two pieces of that.
