Michelin is a company that makes tires. Back in 1900, when the company was 10 years old, there weren't many cars on the road. In 1926, it began to incorporate restaurants. A decade later, it introduced a rating system for those restaurants. Only around 3,400 restaurants in the world have at least one of them.
