How to Assess Success in a Small Organization
I ask each person each stakeholder like what would make this look sick and then document that. I am asking them a lot of questions and kind of assessing what I think like their appetite for change, aptitude to do their job or willingness to participate but ultimately it's up to the CEO at the end of the day who is always who we report to. Some people will say I didn't sign up for that I want and so that's one level of problems you're going to sometimes need to try. To transition with people sometimes may require a role change and transitions with people may sometimes require a skill change.
