In order to have acute and frotic syndrome, you need one effacement of photosites. You're moving from a small porous system with lots of tiny little pores to a large, poor system. And so the negative charge of the endothelium no longer works to repel negatively charged albumin. When you have enough pressure, it'll be forced through.
