I think meticulousness is valuable. It's something that one learns through being recorded for hundreds or thousands of hours. Early on, I wouldn't recommend anyone listen to my podcast early on. One conversation in which you were, you were very open and vulnerable. And your ability to just ask questions to, to wonder why you were the way you were in certain aspects was great.
