The Power of Feedback
We're afraid of communities of practice. What if somebody says the wrong thing. My reaction is wonderful because it's going to be in a place where you can see it and you can actually act on how to correct it. Rather than right now it's happening at the water cooler it's happening in Slack and there's no means to fix it. So there's a power in somebody saying the wrong thing in a way that's addressable. And not only that but you can also practice giving and receiving feedback which is one of the biggest challenges today with. The third part is before I forgot we used to have a lot of trainers and facilitators who were just sending out one way information.
