Wake up at the exact same time, every single day. 9am for me, it's absolute perfect time to train, always. Do random tasks, podcast, videos and then just get ready for the gym. Then usually around 7pm is like the self-improvement time for me,. meditate, gratitude journal, read. Affirmations, I've started to do them around the day now. Like, obviously, man, I'm at the stage where like, I'll try anything, like just give me any, any step, you know? So I've been like writing affirmations, like even there's like one like I read from this book called Magic of Thinking
