I think where my co-founder Harrison and I were perfect match for each other. Like they used to call it hurricane Christian. If I come into a project at some point, usually fairly late on. A lot of people have been doing a lot of research and a lot of thinking in order to make something happen. But then he could kind of go and articulate those things and bring people on a journey much better than I could. That's been one area of growth for me. And the second area is like the ability to give feedback.
