In the late 90s, when I was an engineer at Ford, I started to realize that customers actually they hire things as well. Most people think about it as you buy something, but to be honest, they focus so much on just the transactional part or leading up to the transaction and after the transaction, it's done. And what we what the jobs we don't framework talks about is this aspect of people don't really buy products. They hire them to do a job in their life to make progress.
