In some ways, it's almost like a mindfulness practice for me. We plump out our brains constantly pumping out thoughts. The notion of clearing your mind is complete. But do try to build in some white space where you let the mind roam free. That is its own form of practice. It's like allowing the flood light to really be receptive to any content that arises. You kdon't just man the road. I have to worry about a lot of other things.
