How to Train Your Triathletes to Swim Better

The first thing I'll tell any athlete is take the strap off of the wrist never use it. That can introduce some really bad get some lazy habits because the paddle doesn't leave your hand if you do something wrong. Most paddles come with a loop around the fingers and another one around the wrist. If you take that wrist off, then you actually it forces you to use a better propulsive technique.
