It's very difficult to go, ok, we're going to continue our open sors on prim business, and then we're also going to be world class at the cloud. You'd better get started on it from the beginning if you're doing a start up. I would have cloud softerr that's released regularly, and not have tring craft on pran softer. By the time it gets anywhere near running out of market, its can be 20 30 years before people are interested in your product. How do you know what is the coor quality for culture fit? And how do you balance that against needing diverse skill sets with hiring an engineer to do sales?
