The important quality that will improve relates to the ability to tolerate the muscle-like waste products which begin to build up in your muscles and cause fatigue. So what does this mean practically? I don't really want to get scientific because a lot of people like you who are listening are just runnersDon't have a science background or a physio background so I want to just relate to you.
