What I Love About Your Course?

Megan, thank you so much for joining us again. So I want to just talk very briefly about your course, which is going on now in terms of people being able to sign up. And this was again, one that I made and was so pleasantly surprised by and have made multiple times since. The entire program is gluten free and dairy free. There's pairings of recipes for that track. If someone wants to eat more paleo style, they can choose that track too. But ultimately, the reason why it's gluten free, dairy free and heavy on the plant based foods is because people who eat meat or dairy don't need more ways to eat it.
