The transition from a high carb to a quito diet depends on the reason why they're doing it, and what is the risk. How well are you using fat at rest and during low intensity, moderate exercise? You know, that's a lot more variable than what people realize. For me personally, i am going to put myself in qitosis at a pretty high level as fast as i can because i believe that the risk of not doing that may outweigh doing a very hard transition.
