Are You Ever Sore After a Workout?

If you do a workout and then you're just like brutally sore, I think that's a sign you did too much. You should be able to tell that something happened the day after or two days after in most cases. If you're not sore at all, I also don't think that's cause for concern too much,. Like if you're progressing, that's probably more important than if you're getting sore.
