How to Maximize the Recovery Process

When we when we first start working with an athlete that's essential we're trying to you know gather all of this information so that we can help them. Sometimes that isn't just the actual workouts they're doing and sometimes it's everything around that as well. It comes down obviously to the individual but certainly like the recovery is something that I don't think some athletes are as much aware of as the training or work outside of things.
