Every time you anticipate something that's, you like anything, it doesn't matter if it's sex, skateboarding, porn, video games, ice stream does not matter. neuroscience says that your dopamine is about to drop below baseline. The solution to this is either a don't engage in the thing that much, right? You know, and that's particularly important for drugs of abuse, like cocaine and fed.
