Am has done a case for ty intervention that's is being written up at the moment. We used five minutes per day with athletes am, and from a qualitative perspective, they fed back that they've definitely felt more relaxed. It improved their sleep. And they were using it in lots of different parts of their lives, so not just like you were saying before, a self pased event in sport,. And they were also using it for presentations at university er, and things like that.
