The book is about 200 pages. It's actually more like a workbook than it is a book. The exercises are not easy. Some of them are easier than others, but it's tough to confront some of this stuff when you haven't in the past. And so I wanted to write a book that would reflect that and help people get down to the nitty gritty of what's going on with them.
