How to Hit a One Rep Max
I don't think you ever need to hit a one rep max. If your goal is to set PRs on your, on your strength lifts, then right, that's different. So early on, we'll go higher rep or we usually just obviously go for time for isometrics. 45 seconds, even up to a minute, if you're looking for like tendon health,.
