Getting Rid of the Anchor to the Prior Weights Pre Injury
i think absolute rest, to me, is sitting on the couch or bed rest. There may be an instance, as a complete outlier, where you need that for two or three days. But otherwise, there we need to be facilitating some movement out of it. And with especially the lifting population, i think the finding ways to get rid of that anchor to the prior weights pre injury is really the skill out ofIt. It's like the contribution r four, o, one k, right? You'd prefer six figure number, but you'll take what you can get.
