In Western minds, we think purpose has to do with either making money or accomplishing some huge mission. In French, they have a beautiful word for it's called raisin dead and is more indicative of what translates to hell. When I work with clients that are in ill health, the number one thingI ask them is: What is your dream? And it doesn't need to be your biggest dream that you could ever dream. It can be a smaller dream like being able to move well enough to play with my grandkid. But there needs to be a goal and objective, not accomplishment based necessarily, but somethingA reason for living.
