What Are the Elgin Seers Homes?
The Elgin watch factory closed in 1964, sparing it from the renovation craze of the 60s and 70s. Instead, Elgin seers homes simply sat there through the decades untouched. Rebecca sent a mailer out asking each resident to go and inspect the basement. When they did, most discovered beams bearing a special stamp with a part number from seers.
