The Importance of Customer Discovery

Since 2015, more than 5,000 banks in the UK have closed. So those branches closing mean it is becoming a more digitized industry. We've done a lot of work recently with the Financial Services Skills Commission and also research inside our organization to really identify what our top 10 future skills are. And we've built this whole campaign around giving people the ability to build those skills for the future. It's starting at the very root of what customer discovery is all about: building the product around your customers behavior.
