How to Accept Positive Feedback From Yourself
I need to believe that I am doing a good job for me. For my own sake. If someone else also confirms that, that's delightful. But I need to believe it first. You have to think what are the requirements? Am I meeting the requirement? Am I doing it on time? Am I occasionally going above and beyond? Am I performing at a proficient level? Am I helping certain people? That's just very like factual. Like those are very, I think creating some black and white standards for yourself would be really helpful.
