Jeffrey Skrull: I found myself saying something completely shocking, which we're about to commit to tape. He was talking with a client who is trying to make a fairly large organizational change. They had some resistance in part of the organization that didn't want to be part of the change they were making. So he told them to stop having conversations. Which is so off-brand for us. We aim to shock and to please.
