i think planning is definitely, like, you have to be able to do financial planning there are obvious ways to learn that. My highest impact as an adviser is when i've spent time working on my communication skills. And so i think the human part and the communication part of advising is just as important as the quality financial plan. The sooner you can invest in your development along lines, the more successful you will be.
