Ego is the fastest way to go injuryy, i was there. Sometimes it's hard to to see that it was ego too. I experienced early on, and thats i got that reality check very quick a, yah, it's ego is that's where you get injured. And lot times, yo, just an i not running your own race. You're not stan lane for this experience for you. So when you implement ego into endurance training,  you start looking at everything else. What am i doing wrong? Where?
