You Don't Want to Die

We give people all these montras about resilience and mindfulness. But what we don't do is give them tools to access the s more readily. And so agency, autonomy, sovereign right of our own emotional state are powerful terms. Rather than the world constantly doing something to us, we can say, ok, world, i see you, and i meet you. O you're going to push these chips in. I call and i raise you with my breath to exactly control the situation that i'm trying to actually navigate.
