The Importance of Listening to Your Body

We assume that both individuals are relatively adherent to the diet yes exactly whenever we're looking at their adherence of diet. What it often comes down to is it's much more individual than that again I think most people are going to feel like crap if they if they eat junk but aside from that it seems like it may come down to listening to our own bodies and maybe that's a challenge for a lot of us absolutely.
