How to Motivate a Rep to Think in the Future
There's a formula that's called the change equation. It was built by two researchers back in the 80s to study organizational change. The formula is dissatisfaction with the way things are times a compelling vision of the future times clear for steps. If those things don't get in the way of future anxiety, current habits, you know, they don't outweigh those things, no change is going to happen.
