Is There a Recipe That You're Most Proud of From the Cookbook?
The pastrami roast chicken with schmaltzy onions and dill is the first recipe that I developed for the book. It was inspired by my husband's love of pastrami and our love of sunday roast chicken and I was like why can't those things coalesce into one epic meal? There's product coming down the line which I can't really talk about but it's going to make it a lot easier for people to cook in the kitchen.
