Do You Really Need 10,000 Steps a Day?

I struggled to hit that 10 K a day. How many do you get? Well, on a typical workout. Extra, extra, extra busy evening and on average, probably about 7,000 to 70. The minimum I would like people to get is 7,500. But if I have someone who's getting 2,000, then first I'll go from 2,000 to 2,500. And the eventual goal is minimum 7,500 a day. So if you could get that, that would be fantastic. It would make that it's going to be much easier for you.
