How to Push Through the Floor

When we pronate like our body weight is coming on top of the foot and our foot is pushing down into the floor it's compressing so that's how we push through the floor. If you can't actually open the joints you still have to find a way to push and a lot of people the strategy they would find is e-varting so rolling towards the inside It's actually a decent strategy for sprinters at high speed where they don't have time to open the joints.
