You may be misinterpreting research, you know, studies that are published in peer-reviewed journals. Maybe the study in the peer-reviewed journal was wrong. People have been trained with weights for a very long period of time. We know what happens. And if you come along and tell us that, well, if you can't get big without doing eight sets of 8 reps, seven sets of ten reps, that builds size is not true. That's not the phenomenology. It'd be cynical, but I've been there. I know exactly what goes on.
