And so I've loosened the reins in terms of, you know, I hired an operations manager who managed specific things. I've allowed more estimators so that we can grow and I don't need to manage every employee directly. Whereas he managed a lot of employees directly, which just becomes a bandwidth issue. You could only do so much.
