i expected things to succeed a lot easier than they did. launching a book wasn't quite as easy as, you know, alf the momentum that was going on on the blog side. So it's an interesting tension between when you hope and aspire for something ono x, and you get two X. If you're measuring yourself against some one else, or some ideal that doesn't existexist, you can't be happy. You'll always be in the gap. The problem is is how people measure themselves. That's why they're unhappy.
Organizational psychologist Benjamin Hardy, Ph.D. (author, Who Not How) shares his insights on how shifting your mindset can lead to both happiness and better results. He and Greg discuss the importance of gratitude and confidence when measuring yourself, the need for clearly defined goals, and the value of others in navigating for success.
